I went for a quick walk in the Yonge and Eglinton area and snapped the following pictures. Below is a huge Christmas Holiday tree  in front of the Yonge and Eglinton centre.

You have a good chance of catching an emergency vehicle going through the intersection. Most of the time its a fire truck, since the stations is only a block away.
